Our Guarantee (Return Policy)
Denpaul.com.au unconditionally guarantees all
of the merchandise we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for
a prompt exchange or refund. Please note our one exception: items
must be returned complete in original packaging and have not suffered
physical damage of any kind.

If your order is received damaged in shipment,
please do not accept or sign for this delivery and contact us as soon
as possible so we can arrange another shipment. If you sign for any product
in a damaged condition you accept are accepting the delivery and our
insurance can no longer be claimed. For further questions call us (02)

For undamaged returns, please follow these
instructions:
1) Repackage the item with all of its original
packaging material.
2) Include the completed return form in
your package and send it to us via courier or Insured Parcel Post to:

We apologize, but return freight or postage
is not refundable.
3) On receipt we will inspect your return
to validate a refund or replacement.

Credit / Exchange Policy
You can request credit card refunds for
any returns which were originally paid for by credit card. Items purchased
originally by check must be returned for store credit.
